Cancellation conditions

To ensure a clear and fair basis for all participants, the following cancellation conditions apply to our courses and events. These conditions govern the cancellation of registrations and the handling of payments already made. Please read the conditions carefully.

1. cancellation by the participant

If you wish to cancel your registration, please inform us in writing (by e-mail or letter). The cancellation conditions are as follows:

• Up to 30 days before the start of the courseCancellations received at least 30 days before the start of the course will be refunded in full minus a processing fee of 10 %.

• From 29 to 14 days before the start of the courseCancellations received between 29 and 14 days before the start of the course will be refunded 50 % of the course fee.

• Less than 14 days before the start of the courseCancellations received less than 14 days before the start of the course will not be refunded, as places cannot usually be reallocated.

2. rebooking

The rebooking or replacement of a participant by another participant is possible until the start of the course. If you wish to rebook your participation in a course for a later date, this is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the original start of the course, otherwise the regular cancellation conditions apply.

3. cancellation by the provider

In exceptional cases, we may have to cancel a course (e.g. due to insufficient numbers of participants, illness of the instructor or force majeure). In this case, we will refund the entire course fee or offer you the opportunity to take part on another date.

4. force majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest), we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the course. In this case, we will refund the course fee paid or offer you the opportunity to attend at a later date.
