Company first aider according to DGUV guideline

We booked a first aid course for our entire company through "Erste Hilfe Schule Berlin GmbH" with Mrs Maddocks - including training as a company first aider. Mrs Osinski came to us as a trainer and we couldn't have made a better choice - she is great, extremely nice and very friendly. The entire course was excellently organised: informative, practical and at the same time pleasantly entertaining. Ms Osinski knew perfectly how to find a good mixture of humour and seriousness. Even though there was a lot of laughter, all the important topics and exercises were conveyed clearly, comprehensibly and with the necessary seriousness.our entire team had great fun and felt well prepared afterwards.a clear recommendation - we would book with Erste Hilfe Schule Berlin GmbH again at any time!

Our instructor was super friendly, the course was informative and suitable for all levels of experience, most importantly: not just dry theory but practical application in the foreground. 10/10 recommendation.

I found the wealth of real-life case studies particularly appealing. The lecturer was again very competent and knew how to respond to our specific questions.
