VR course: Occupational safety, first aid and fire protection instructions

The first first aid course in a virtual environment

The First aid training in virtual reality (VR) is an innovative and practical way of learning and practising life-saving measures. By using VR technology, participants are placed in realistic emergency situations in which they can test their ability to react and their knowledge in a safe environment. This immersive method makes it possible to train first aid measures more intensively and memorably than is possible with traditional training.

Important advantages of first aid in VR:

Realistic simulations

VR offers the opportunity to make emergency scenarios as realistic as possible. Situations such as accidents, cardiovascular arrests, serious injuries or fires can be simulated to prepare participants for real life. Through direct interaction with the virtual environment, users learn to act quickly and correctly, even under stress.

Interactive first aid measures

In the VR environment, participants can put first aid measures into practice, for example: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, wound care and the application of bandages. the use of a defibrillator.

Train stress resistance and responsiveness:

VR training puts participants under realistic pressure. They have to make the right decisions in a short space of time - a decisive advantage when it comes to keeping calm and acting effectively in real emergencies.

Individual feedback and analysis

After each training session, participants receive direct feedback on their performance. Mistakes can be recognised and corrected immediately. This helps to consolidate the knowledge learnt and increase confidence.

Repeatability and flexibility

VR training can be repeated as often as required without the need for extensive preparation. This enables constant practice to improve first aid skills. The training can also be carried out at any time and from any location.

Various scenarios and difficulty levels

The VR technology allows different scenarios and difficulty levels to be set in order to customise learning progress. From simple emergency calls to complex emergency situations, the challenges can be gradually increased.

Duration

VR for first aid2-5 minutes VR time per scenario per lesson, followed by reflection & evaluation, repetition of the exercise if necessary
VR for fire extinguishing exercise2-5 minutes VR time per scenario per lesson, followed by reflection & evaluation, repetition of the exercise if necessary

We booked a first aid course for our entire company through "Erste Hilfe Schule Berlin GmbH" with Mrs Maddocks - including training as a company first aider. Mrs Osinski came to us as a trainer and we couldn't have made a better choice - she is great, extremely nice and very friendly. The entire course was excellently organised: informative, practical and at the same time pleasantly entertaining. Ms Osinski knew perfectly how to find a good mixture of humour and seriousness. Even though there was a lot of laughter, all the important topics and exercises were conveyed clearly, comprehensibly and with the necessary seriousness.our entire team had great fun and felt well prepared afterwards.a clear recommendation - we would book with Erste Hilfe Schule Berlin GmbH again at any time!

We had booked the company first aid course at our office. Great, practical training and quick scheduling. Our instructor was super friendly, the course was informative and suitable for all levels of experience, most importantly: not just dry theory but practical application in the foreground. 10/10 recommendation.

I have now attended a course at the First Aid School Berlin for the second time, and this time I brought the whole staff with me. We were all enthusiastic. I found the wealth of real-life case studies particularly appealing. The lecturer was again very competent and knew how to respond to our specific questions.

Christina conveys an intuitive understanding of first aid and does away with dangerous half-knowledge. With her "hands-on" method, she creates self-confidence in participants to act consciously in emergency situations - the first port of call for first aid training in Berlin.
